 Personal data provided by the users are used to:

  • reply to requests for information and clarifications on the services of the data processor;
  • send proposals for collaboration by the interested parties;

Personal data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated.

Access to his/her personal data The interested party can obtain confirmation that the processing of personal data concerning him/her is in progress, obtaining more information on the processing and a copy of his/her personal data.

The deletion of personal data The interested party can obtain the deletion of personal data in the cases referred to in Art. 17 of GDPR.
The restriction of processing of the personal data concerning him/her The interested party may request that the processing be limited by objecting to the deletion as data may be necessary for him/her to exercise or defend a right through legal action.
With reference to personal data processed using automated methods, the right to data portability. The interested party has the right to receive personal data in a structured format of common use given the particular nature of the personal data processed and the registration made.
Objecting to the processing of personal data The interested party has the right to object to direct marketing at any time.
